About the Role: Daycare Teacher at Mywis STEAM Enrichment Daycare Centre

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team at Pusat Jagaan Kanak-Kanak Motivasi PLT, located in Klang, Selangor. At Mywis, we are more than just a daycare — we are a STEAM-focused enrichment centre that nurtures childrens development through play, exploration, and hands-on learning.

As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging environment that supports the holistic growth of children in our care, empowering them to explore their full potential.

What Youll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and play-based learning experiences that support cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.

• Maintain a safe, secure, and enriching environment where children feel valued and supported.

• Observe, assess, and document each childs development, identifying any areas requiring additional support.

• Build positive relationships with parents, communicating openly to support each childs individual needs.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development initiatives.

What Were Looking For

• A certificate in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training and career development support will be provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.

• A warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
