Customer Support Specialist
As the Customer Support Specialist, your role entails ensuring seamless delivery of SMS to recipient countries, while ensuring that the services that we are providing comply with the regulatory framework. You are expected to provide top-notch level of services to our customers to ensure seamless SMS delivery and resolving technical issues swiftly with support from vendors.
🔧 What Youll Be DoingProvide technical support for messaging systems and ensure successful SMS delivery.
Liaise with mobile network providers to troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems (including over-the-phone diagnostics).
Manage customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Work closely with telecom service providers and vendors.
Escalate complex issues to the next-level support or development team.
Provide rotational 24/7 support (temporary or scheduled).
Stay updated on international SMS compliance regulations (e.g., Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore)
Diploma or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or those with helpdesk/technical support backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work irregular hours to support global operations.
A problem-solver who enjoys tackling technical challenges.
Strong communicator—able to translate technical issues into clear updates for customers and partners.
Passionate about learning and growing in the telecommunications industry.
