Job SummaryAs a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will help troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and positive experience with our financial platform and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot issues related to transactions, account access, platform functionality, and financial products.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues.
- Provide customers with accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Help identify patterns in support requests and contribute to improving FAQs and help center content.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer the best assistance to customers.
- Support regulatory and compliance-related communication with customers when necessary.
- Proven customer service or support experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable navigating and using digital platforms and databases.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
- A basic understanding of financial products, digital payments, or financial regulations is a plus.
- College or university degree.
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently.
