The role focuses on assisting Mandarin-speaking travelers with reservations, inquiries, and travel-related support, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

✅Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support in Mandarin and English via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and travel

information.

• Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests with

professionalism.

• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Deliver excellent service in line with airline standards and policies.

✅Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service; airline/travel industry will be a

plus.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
