About the role

MBF SAG AUTO SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Relation Executive to join our dynamic team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our valued clients.

What youll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, while ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding actions

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery

  • Continuously expand your product knowledge to provide informed and accurate information to customers

What were looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
