Cashier

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Cashier to handle customer transactions efficiently and provide excellent service. The role includes processing payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate cash management in setting.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and process orders in a polite and professional manner.

• Handle cash, credit card, e-wallet, and other payment transactions accurately.

• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.

• Ensure the cashier counter is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

• Reconcile daily sales, balance cash drawer, and prepare reports at shift end.

• Assist in taking food and beverage orders during peak hours if required.

• Provide information on menu items, promotions, and outlet services.

• Handle customer inquiries or complaints politely and escalate when needed.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, including Halal practices where applicable.

• Support front-of-house team in overall outlet operations.

Requirements

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Basic math and computer skills (POS system knowledge preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling money.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, trustworthy, and reliable.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
