Business Development Executive

Lenmis Vision is seeking for Business Development Executive to join our team in Bukit Jalil. You will play a crucial role in supporting agents and distributors by providing them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed. This is a full-time position that offers a rewarding career opportunity.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agents and distributors.

• Assist them in understanding the product, business model, compensation plan, and company systems.

• Provide guidance on order placement, commissions, on-boarding processes, and promotion.

• Conduct regular training session (online and offline) on product knowledge, usage and benefits.

• Ensure distributors understand company policies, ethical sales practices, and customer service standards.

• Support new agents and distributors with on-boarding programs and orientation.

• Guide users in navigating the companys online systems (ordering, commissions and tracking.)

• Gather and report feedback from the field to improve internal system and processes.

• Support the planning and execution of distributors events, recognition programs, and promotional campaigns.

• Participate in roadshow, seminar, webinars and other marketing initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years experience in wellness or beauty related MLM industries (preferred).

• Excellent communication in English, Malay, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking distributors and clients

• Excellent interpersonal skills and sales-oriented mindset.

• Possess own transport and willingness to travel within Malaysia or Overseas.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
