Brand Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies, creating impactful campaigns, and fostering a strong brand presence across all channels; aligned with overall business objectives

  • Conduct market and consumer analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights

  • Define and strengthen the brand identity, positioning and messaging

  • Oversee the development of creative content and campaigns

  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints

  • Collaborate with external agencies and creative teams to deliver top-quality outputs

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives

  • Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and influencer collaborations

  • Ensure the Brands online presence reflects its values and appeals to target audience

  • Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to drive continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in Brand Marketing position, preferably within the FMCG or Beauty Industry

  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage cross-functional teams

  • Strong creative and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  • Excellent communication, storytelling and relationship-building abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
