Brand Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand marketing strategies, creating impactful campaigns, and fostering a strong brand presence across all channels; aligned with overall business objectives
Conduct market and consumer analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights
Define and strengthen the brand identity, positioning and messaging
Oversee the development of creative content and campaigns
Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints
Collaborate with external agencies and creative teams to deliver top-quality outputs
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives
Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and influencer collaborations
Ensure the Brands online presence reflects its values and appeals to target audience
Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to drive continuous improvement
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Brand Marketing position, preferably within the FMCG or Beauty Industry
Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Strong creative and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication, storytelling and relationship-building abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
