Branch Manager - Automotive

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join TC Subaru Sdn Bhd as a Branch Manager - Automotive. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of our Johor branch, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all sales and customer service activities. This full-time position is a key role within our dynamic and growing company.

What youll be doing

1. Manage and oversee all daily operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and achieve branch targets.

3. Provide leadership and mentorship to the branch sales team, motivating them to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.

4. Analyse branch performance data and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

5. Liaise with the corporate office to ensure alignment with overall company strategy and policies.

6. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.

7. Ensure the branch maintains high standards of health, safety, and compliance.

What were looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar branch management or sales leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.

2. Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.

3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

4. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

5. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

6. Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
