Barista

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.)
• Recommend pastry and drink pairings to enhance the customer experience
• Operate coffee equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers
• Manage POS transactions and ensure accuracy in handling payments
• Support opening and closing duties of the café area
• Replenish supplies, maintain stock levels, and ensure proper storage
• Collaborate with team members and pastry chefs to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience is preferred (training can be provided)
• Passionate about coffee, customer service, and the café lifestyle
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willing to travel between Kuala Lumpur and Ipoh from time to time
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,318.94 - RM3,000.00 per month
