Associate Training Consultant

The specific responsibilities that relate to this role include but are not limited to:

• Create and Maintain Documentation: Write and update user guides, release notes, and other technical content.

• Develop & Conduct Training Materials: Prepare and assist with internal training sessions to help our teams understand new products and features.

• Ensure Accuracy: Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to validate changes and guarantee all documentation is accurate.

• Provide Internal Support: Serve as a key resource for internal teams, providing documentation to help them with issue resolution and feature understanding. 

• Minimum of a bachelors degree

• Communication skills in both written and spoken English, good at presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded for smooth stakeholder communication.

• Problem solving skills and ability to adapt fast to change.

• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.

• Creative thinking skills and ability to address issues proactively.

• Ability to take initiative, work independently.

• Ability to organize, multitask and exercise time management.

• Fresh graduate or candidate with 1+ year experience would be considered for the Associate Application Training Consultant Role.
