Assistant Regional Operations Manager

Overview

Supports the efficient and effective management of operations across multiple regional locations. Responsible for the smooth operation of all Operations-related areas with compliance to local and regulatory requirements. Works closely with GMs and MOs as part of the local management team to plan and implement goals within a set period, including long-term strategic plans, people management, client relationships, operations and financials. Ensures operational processes are documented and approved. Key Responsibilities

Finance Operations & Process Management Lead and oversee day-to-day finance operations including billing, reconciliations, and reporting across regional offices to ensure continuous improvement of all operational processes. Monitor KPIs on group and company health; oversee Processing dept. to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements to clients and Marketing Offices. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies across all countries in scope. Maintain strong data privacy governance and ensure financial processes adhere to data protection regulations across the region. Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to all Clients and Regional Client Contracts in a timely and accurate manner; communicate obligations to internal teams and oversee that these obligations are met. Work toward having all policies, practices and processes properly documented. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including scheduled and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support the development and enhancement of financial dashboards, databases and performance reporting tools. Ensure contractual financial obligations to clients are met and clearly communicated internally. Internal Controls Identify gaps in financial workflows and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensure proper documentation and version control of all finance operations processes. Key Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in finance operations, with 2+ years in a regional or supervisory role. Experience in service industries, financial institutions, or telecom sectors is a strong advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of Visio and Access is beneficial. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (verbal and written). Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Willingness to travel for meetings. What We Offer
