Job Description: Arrange fresh flower products Design & create new flower products Assist Head Florist in a supervisory capacity, including: Supervise florists and florist assistants Ensure flower arrangements are prepared in accordance with aesthetic requirements and within stipulated timeframes Provide guidance and training to florists and florist assistants Requirements: Minimum 3-year experience as a full-time florist Mastery of spiral technique for hand bouquet arrangement In-depth knowledge of modern flower arrangement styles Able to articulate flower arrangement techniques Able to lead a team of senior florists and florists Able to work overtime during peak periods Able to speak and write English; Malay and Chinese is a plus Able to commute to and work in Petaling Jaya (our workshop is within walking distance from Lembah Subang LRT station) Working hours: 8AM to 5PM Basic salary & allowance of RM6,000 - RM8,000 per month (depending on experience & capability) EPF & Socso Performance-based bonus Interested applicants are welcomed to send your resume to our email address ( ).
