Role Overview: The Associate is responsible for daily accounts payable management in accordance with SOPs, controls, and compliance standards. This position reports to the Team Manager and is part of the Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including vendor master data, invoice processing, payment runs, month-end tasks, GRIR, and other AP responsibilities.

Understand and adhere to accounts payable policies, procedures, and process flows. Collaborate with the local finance team to improve and streamline accounts payable processes. Manage ad hoc assignments as required.

Minimum Requirements: Higher qualification or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance. At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within Shared Services operations. Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
