ADMIN SALE
a. Monitoring and respond to all DMs / chat / whatapss / comments from customers on all platforms (Meta Suite Business / Email / Whatsapp / Tiktok / FB & Instagram)
b. Become experts on company product and service offerings
c. Following up with customers to check that theyre still satisfied with their purchases for testimonial
d. Update databases and customer records
e. Resolve problems/complaints from customers properly according to the SOP that has been set.
f. Achieve individual sales targets each month (if any)
g. Arrange customer delivery schedule with operations department (if any)
h. Perform adhoc tasks as requested
