About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Admin / Customer Service professional to join our team at SKYWHALE SWIMMING ACADEMY SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our clients.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer enquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Providing accurate information about our swimming courses and services
Assisting with the registration and enrolment of new students
Maintaining detailed customer records and updating our database
Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and suggesting process improvements
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the education or recreation industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers of all ages
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
