About the role

KAINAN SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented and organised Admin Assistant to join our team based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will provide vital administrative support to our business, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing general administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements

  2. Handling a variety of clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

  3. Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and inventory

  4. Answering and directing incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries

  5. Providing support to the senior management team as needed

  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow

  1. At least 1 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
