Account Executive

Job Description

  • Prepare monthly Management Accounts and other management reports required by Management on timely basis.

  • Performs monthly close activities including accruals and vendor statement reconciliations.

  • Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts transactions.

  • To control cash flow, prepare monthly payment voucher.

  • Maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents for Statutory Audit and Tax compliance purpose.

  • Assist on admin & HR Issue.

  • Support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.

  • To liase with auditor, tax agent and banker in ensuring proper account management.

Jobs requirement

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Mature thinking, dedicated, good communication skills, negotiation, and good interpersonal skill.

  • Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment.

  • Whilst a degree is not mandatory for this position, but an understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required.

  • Past work experience in property development industry is an added advantage.

  • Candidate without experience is also encouraged to apply (On-The-Job training will be provided).

  • Able to start work immediately.

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (08:30-17:30)
