Account Admin Assistant

  • Preferably with basic accounting or administrative background
  • Proficient in Excel and basic computer applications
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to handle outdoor tasks such as payments or banking when required
  • Driving license is a must
  • Able to communicate in mandarin will be add on
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company accounts and daily records
  • Verify receipts, invoices, and reports; accurately key in data into the system
  • Handle banking tasks and company bill payments (maintenance fees, electricity, water, management office fees, etc.)
  • Prepare and organize GRN, invoices, receipts, and other administrative documents
  • Liaise with management offices, suppliers, and relevant parties on administrative matters
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for easy reference
  • Support management with any ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks
