More than 5 years of working experience in Account field. Computer literate, competent in internet and Microsoft Office, experience in SQL....

Competency:

· More than 5 years of working experience in Account field

· Computer literate, competent in internet and Microsoft Office, experience in SQL

· Experience in dealing with bank and financing institution

· Degree in accounting discipline with at least 2~3 years of executive experience in human resource management.

· Good knowledge with local Labor Law, Employment Act and Immigration Act, human resource and human development

Responsibility:

· Review & submit weekly cash flow report

· Full set account

· Weekly sales against forecast report

· Human resource and recruitment

· Upholding in-house rules and regulations

· Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

· Coordinate in-house and external training, consolidate training plan and manage training program

· Overseeing staff welfare and discipline & support in dissolving industrial dispute

· Support in application of work permit for foreign workers

Authority:

· Authorised to deal externally including Bank, Governent agencies, Custom, etc and internally with all departments

· Any other authority assigned by superior / HOD from time to time

· Recommend organization employment policies to the Superior

Issue warning letter to employee whom has violated company rules as instructed by Superio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
