Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Analyst with a strong background in IT technical project management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that IT projects align with organizational objectives and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed projects.
• Project Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Solution Design:
• Work closely with developers, architects, and other IT professionals to design solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure that technical solutions align with industry best practices and organizational standards.
• Documentation:
• Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project progress and decisions made.
• Testing and Validation:
• Develop and execute test cases to validate that solutions meet requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring resolution before project deployment.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and IT systems.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing current workflows and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT technical projects.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and project management principles.
