The company also sources chicken from a network of independent farms in Thailand and is committed to sustainability. Job Responsibilities General

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) for routine maintenance tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections on equipment system to identify and address potential issues.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks on a scheduled basic to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root causes of equipment problems.
• Execute repairs and replacements of faulty equipment components.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and observations.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards during all maintenance activities.
• Report and document equipment downtime incidents promptly.

Responsible for all lines boilers & thermal oil heater (toh), ensuring all in good and safe working condition with tasks including but not limited to:

• Operates boilers and tohs according to determined operations parameters and fulfill the lines operational requirements
• To attend emergency, breakdown and troubleshooting for boilers and toh.
• Check the thermal oil and expansion tank level complete with records.
• Diesel level monitoring, orders and receiving.
• Execution of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• Boiler water treatment including chemical usage records.
• Housekeeping of boiler area.

Responsible for the overall plant water supply system with tasks including but not limited to:

• Monitor Syabas main water incoming, tank level and report if found no incoming water or the low water level indicator alarm trigger.
• To check the water quality visually and conduct back wash.
• Weekly inspections on water master back wash filter condition for all line (external) and report the status.
• To monitor all the booster pumps is functioning properly and report the status.
• To make sure all the water tanks is cleaned and check tank seals bi-weekly update the checklist.
• Check and clean water filters and replace is needed.

Qualification / Experience

• Certified Drebar Enjin Stim (Gred 2) - DOSH
• Minimum SKM3 / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Good Communication Skills
