Responsible for maintaining research and development activities in the field: trial preparation, managing workers, application, observation, and reporting....

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining research and development activities in the field: trial preparation, managing workers, application, observation, and reporting.
  • Evaluate product efficacy.
  • Maintain the research field properly and good relationships with external.
  • Promptly and properly store and manage the trial data.
  • Provide technical support to commercial (provide technical data, presentation and help sales to tackle any reported issue).
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new and existing markets where the company products have a good fit and meet the customers needs.
  • Report all the findings to the Senior R&D Manager during the monthly R&D Meeting.
  • Accurately maintain R&D project records, proactively providing status reports as required.
  • Maintains good working relationships with cooperators in the Government and private research organisations.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in the agricultural industry.
  • Experience working successfully with customers and suppliers.
  • Understands the need for confidentiality in sensitive employee situations and other business instances when required.
  • Required skill(s): strong analytical skills, problem-solving/decision-making skills, interpersonal skills, adaptable, flexible, detail-oriented, creative, innovative thinker.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Able to learn our business, be a team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrate work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct.
