What does the role involve?- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Proactively identify high-caliber, diverse external talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, and advanced research techniques.
- Use our Talent Relationship Management Platform (Beamery) to manage candidate pools and the candidate journey.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and provide insights to the business.
- Engage prospective candidates with personalized approaches and effectively sell Hilti as an employer of choice.
- Screen potential candidates thoroughly, aligning with hiring manager preferences and Hiltis value proposition.
- Manage direct applications and stakeholder relationships effectively, working closely with hiring managers.
- Utilize system reporting to optimize search strategies and deliver results efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong networks with candidates and industry contacts, sharing best practices.
- Promote Hiltis employer brand through social media and other channels.

What you need is: Education- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
- Deep understanding of search methodologies, data mining, and experience with advanced sourcing techniques beyond Boolean searches.
- Proven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and understand the candidate market.
- Excellent prospecting and networking skills, especially online.
- Experience with ATS and TRM systems, specifically Haufe and Beamery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work towards KPIs and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to align contributions with overall TA strategy and HR transformation goals.
- Process improvement and effective communication.
- Structured, independent work ethic and influencing skills.
