Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Clerk at PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd - Refinery Division (A Member Of Wilmar Group Of Companies) located in Pasir Gudang.

Requirements

• SPM or Diploma in Production and Operations Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Proficient in Malay and English.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Relevant experience in edible oil processing / manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly production reports.
• Collect, organize, and input production data into excel / SAP.
• Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Maintain and update filing systems, records, and documentation related to production activities.
• Generate reports to monitor production efficiency, downtime, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
