F&B Outlet Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Overall outlet operations management and supervision.

· Responsible for recruitment for both FOH & BOH staff.

· Develop training modules that are aligned with companys direction.

· Assist in operational SOPs development and as the key person to execute the approved SOPs by the management.

· Gatekeeper of all approved SOPs and to train staff to adhere to it.

· Undertake the responsibility as POS Superuser and to provide training to staff.

· Oversee daily ordering and supply management.

· Oversee outlet level operations for both FOH & BOH and to assist in it during peak hours.

· Ensure all sales and collection are accurate. Ensure all collections are tally at the end of shift.

· Solve all operational issue/problems.

· Build rapport with customers.

· Provide daily reports as required by the Management.

· Assist in other tasks as required by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

· At least 5 years of F&B working experience as a Manager.

· Have experience of managing a team of staff.

· Able to converse in English and Malay.

· Helpful and a team player.

· Meticulous and details oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
