Admin Operation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with various departments, including construction, design, procurement, and human resources, to ensure all timelines are met for the new branchs launch.
  • Support the Project Manager by tracking project progress, scheduling meetings, and providing reports.
  • Assist in identifying and liaising with suppliers and contractors for the restaurants interior, kitchen equipment, furniture, signage, and other necessary supplies.
  • Assist in tracking the budget allocated for the opening of the new branch and ensure all expenditures are within the approved limits.
  • Act as the liaison between the restaurant and local authorities to apply for all necessary licenses and permits (e.g., health permits, fire safety certificates, business licenses).
  • Follow up with the relevant government departments to track the progress of applications and ensure no delays in the process.
  • Liaise with service providers for the installation and setup of essential services such as electricity, water supply, water filtration system, and WiFi.
  • Schedule regular maintenance checks and coordinate with service providers or contractors for repairs and updates when necessary.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work completed, service dates, and future maintenance schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
