Accounting Executive - Mandarin Speaker

Job Description:

  • Record and update daily transactions in accounting software.

  • Prepare and maintain financial listings (Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Deposits, Accruals)

  • Verify and resolve discrepancies in balance sheet accounts (Cash & Bank, Prepayment, Accruals, Provision)

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Analyse operational and accounting data for trends and variations.

  • Prepare and review full sets of accounts.

  • Consolidate Group Financial Statements.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

  • 1 year of working experience in account executive or similar role is preferred, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

  • Senior-level candidates are also welcome to apply; the salary will differ accordingly.

  • Familiarity with accounting system and tools such as SQL, AutoCount, Excel and so on.

  • Required language(s): English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Good time management and able to meet tight deadline.
