• Handle all E-invoicing activities, including data entry and documentation, ensuring accuracy.
• Verify and process vendor invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders, resolving and reconciling discrepancies.
• Check, verify and process staff expense and claims reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support auditors and tax professionals during audits.
• Perform other assigned accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

• You hold a bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• You are a Malaysian citizen.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in managing accounting and administrative tasks.
• You possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and regulations.
• You are proficient in using SAP.
• You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• Your organizational and time management skills are exceptional.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You maintain high integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial information.
