About the role

Join the dynamic team at Toledo Fashion as a Fashion Retail Advisor in our Kota Kinabalu, Suria Sabah Shopping Mall store. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our fashion retail operations.

What youll be doing

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Provide product expertise and recommendations to help customers find the perfect items

  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Replenish and organise stock to ensure the store is well-stocked and tidy

  • Support the store manager with daily operational tasks as required

What were looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide excellent service

  • Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards of store presentation

  • Enthusiasm for fashion and a passion for helping customers find the perfect look

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
