Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract talent for roles in manufacturing, restaurant operations, corporate functions, and beyond.

  • Source candidates through platforms like JobStreet, LinkedIn, and local networks, tapping into Malaysias diverse talent market.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for our varied roles.

  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that resonate with top talent.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiations and smooth onboarding.

  • Build a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs across our conglomerate.

  • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects our values of integrity and inclusivity.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics and share insights to continuously improve our hiring processes.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably across industries including manufacturing.

  • Strong sourcing skills, with familiarity using JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other local and global recruitment platforms.

  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders from all walks of life.

  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
