JOB VACANCY

POSITION - SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR

LOCATION - SEPANG

SALARY - RM 3500-5000

Strong in Pre-tender: Including qty & costing !!

Job Description:

- Familiar with material and labor costs for tender projects. (important!!)

- Able to handle tender projects independently. (important!!)

- Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.

- Hiring or procuring subcontractors based on the presented budget to the client.

- Liaising with site managers, site engineers, and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.

- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client. (important!!)

- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.

- Assist in establishing a clients requirements and undertake feasibility studies.

- Perform risk, value management, and cost control.

- Advise on a procurement strategy.

- Prepare and analyze costings for tenders. (important!!)

- Provide advice on contractual claims.

- Value completed work and arranged payments.

- Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.

Job Requirements:

- Must be familiar with Pre-tender

- ⁠At least Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Equivalent

- At least 4-5 years working experience in similar position or related field

- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and/or MS Office Suite.

- Good attitude with responsibility and able to work independently

- Good leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
