POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist in execution of all industrial relations activities focusing on Disciplinary management and procedures.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Assist Executive in any domestic inquirys investigations on issues related to employee(s) misconduct / disputes as appropriate and utilizes consistency in application of disciplinary management policy and procedures;
• Assist Executive to present on disciplinary / misconducts findings and report to the Disciplinary Committee;
• Prepare disciplinary statistics report from time-to-time to ensure a comprehensive disciplinary management program is emplace efficiently; Industrial Relations Management
• Assist the SE IR in maintain good relationship and coordination with Unions
• Assist Senior Executive in managing noncompliance to the codes of conduct and employee discipline

• Propagating and maintaining industrial harmony
• Employee grievances and employment relationship disputes resolution

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent Customer-focus.
• Well-versed in Employment Act and Labor Ordinance.

External

• Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent with good knowledge in Employment Act, Labour Ordinance

External

• At least 1 year working experience
• CGPA > 2.8
