Senior Executive / Executive - Sales

 Responsibilities 

  • To generate leads, build strong client relationships, and facilitate property sales transactions.

  • To work closely with sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. 

  • Attend to any form of sales enquiries, launches and events.

  • To provide excellent sales and customer services to existing customer and prospects.

  • To participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.

  • To provide necessary assistances and follow up in loan application and SPA execution in order to complete the sale transaction.

  • To conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.

 Qualifications/Requirements 

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent. 

  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.

  • At least three (1) years experience in related field.

  • Result-orientated and excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets. 

  • Proactive, dynamic and a good team player.

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

  • Possess own transport .

  • Good Communications skills with friendly character.

  • Online training will be provided.

  • Work Location (Muar or Serkam, Melaka)
