Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
Coordinate with customers and sales team on orders & deliveries
Maintain accurate sales records and ensure smooth daily operations
Service Admin
Handle service job scheduling and coordination
Prepare service-related documents (job sheets, reports, invoices)
Communicate with customers on service job progress and updates
Maintain service records and assist in warranty/claims processing
Good communication & organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate (MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus)
Background in mechanical/electrical field will be an added advantage
Previous experience in sales admin, service admin, or related roles preferred
