Job OverviewWe are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Clerk cum Receptionist to join our team at our indoor shooting range. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, handle administrative tasks, and support daily operations to ensure a professional and safe customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, visitors, and members professionally.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
Provide information about services, programs, and membership options.
Handle customer registrations, bookings, and payments.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records, forms, and filing systems (hard & soft copies).
Assist with licence renewals, permits, and compliance documentation.
Support tender and procurement-related admin tasks when required.
Prepare daily reports and assist in tracking range usage and bookings.
Operations Assistance:
Coordinate with range officers and instructors on schedules and classes.
Help manage inventory of forms, consumables, and front-office supplies.
Support event days, training sessions, and corporate programs when needed.
Minimum qualification: SPM/Diploma.
Strong administrative and customer service skills.
Friendly, professional, and presentable with good communication skills.
Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic digital tools.
No criminal record (background checks will apply).
Must commit to 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays.
Multilingual ability (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin/Tamil or others) is an advantage.
Prior experience in reception, administration, or customer service.
Familiarity with firearms or interest in the defence industry is a plus.
Be part of a recognized HRD Corp Training Provider & JPK Practical Examination Centre.
Staff quarters provided for suitable candidates.
