Sales Compensation Analyst

Position: Sales Compensation AnalystLocation: Malaysia
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources & Payroll, and other financial organizations within Quest.
- Perform monthly close activities, address compensation queries, prepare sales commission accruals, and administer sales commission payouts.
- Build and administer sales compensation frameworks and assist in ad hoc analysis as needed.
- Engage in process standardization and simplification by reviewing and improving existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with business partners to streamline processes and address issues affecting commissions.
- Support audits and control testing as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with corporate accounting policies and ensure consistent processes regionally and globally.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Finance major) or Management.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an MNC; strong academic results from fresh graduates are also considered.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Oracle knowledge is a plus.
- Results-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across all management levels.
- Willingness to learn, proactive, and committed to the job.
