We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Advanced Warehouse & Inventory Module Functional Consultant with specialized knowledge in the Process Manufacturing industry. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Advanced Warehouse & Inventory Module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), tailored to meet the specific needs of the Process Manufacturing sector. This is a hands-on position, and the incumbent is required to provide proactive technical and functional support in resolving complex issues. Work in collaboration with cross functional team members from planning, customer service, logistic, procurement, finance, manufacturing, master data. Module Implementation: Lead the implementation of the D365 Advanced Warehouse & Inventory module, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing processes. Inventory Optimization: Implement strategies for efficient inventory management, considering the dynamic nature of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods in Process Manufacturing. Advanced Warehouse Processes: Configure advanced warehouse processes, such as bin management, wave picking, and replenishment, to enhance operational efficiency. Quality Control Integration: Collaborate with Quality Management teams to integrate quality control measures within the warehouse processes, ensuring compliance and product integrity. Demand Planning and Forecasting: Utilize the D365 Advanced Warehouse & Inventory module to support demand planning and forecasting, optimizing inventory levels for production requirements. Batch and Lot Tracking: Implement robust batch and lot tracking mechanisms within the warehouse, crucial for Process Manufacturing traceability and compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination between warehouse and other business processes. Development and Testing: Work with development team to convert new requirements & gaps into technical design documents. Perform functional testing and system integration testing and support UAT. Assist business users in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users on the utilization of the Advanced Warehouse & Inventory module. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operations. Continuously optimize and enhance the modules configurations based on evolving business needs, industry best practices, and technology advancements. What will you bring to Ansell? Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent is preferred. Must have 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting D365 Advance Warehouse & Inventory Module for Process Manufacturing Industry. Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on the D365 Advanced Warehouse & Inventory module in the context of Process Manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of warehouse management processes and inventory control strategies. Demonstrate business process knowledge associated with the different Inventory and Warehousing operational processes and related modules i.e. Procurement, Sales and Production. Familiarity with batch and lot tracking in a manufacturing setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Join us to lead the world to a safer future, apply today!
