Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, maintain and carry out building maintenance services in M&E, health and safety, plant and machineries, hot water plant, chillers, genset, repair and upgrade services, etc.

• Proactively carry-out inspection on the buildings condition and organize preventive maintenance program throughout the hotel.

• Liaise with authorities in pertain to certification / safety management i.e. Fire Certificate, JKKPs lifts CF, renewal of gas license, generator license, etc.

• Work closely and monitor service contractors and ensure optimum performance at all times.

• Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general building repairs.

• Produce monthly management report, calling of repair tenders, budgetary planning, energy savings, etc.

• Develop and Implement preventive Maintenance programs for all equipment, system and facilities.

• Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.

• Supervise and lead the Maintenance team including technicians and contractors, ensuring they are equipped and well trained.

• Organize and supervise maintenance department team, including work delegations and completion of priority tasks, duty roster and leave management.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• 10 years and above experience in similar capacity

• Certification/ License as Chargemen is an added advantage

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Possess good leadership, mentoring as well as organization and planning skills.

• Ability to act highly independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment, must be a team player, self-motivated, result oriented, resourceful, efficient and trustworthy with high confidential traits.

• Salary shall commensurate with experience.
