DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and workstations.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Provide technical support to end users (hardware, software, network, email, etc.).
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in IT support/engineering and programming.
Good knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networks, firewalls, and cloud platforms.
Experience with programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
