About the role
Reporting directly to the Director, this full-time HR & Admin Executive role at MYFRESH MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD. offers an excellent opportunity to play a key part in the day-to-day human resources and administrative operations of this growing manufacturing company. Based in Ulu Tiram Johor, this position will involve a wide range of HR and administrative duties to support the overall business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):
Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and training.
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
Assist in handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare activities.
Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance, etc.
Handle HRDC applications.
Administration:
Manage office supplies, company assets, and service contracts.
Handle renewal of licenses, permits, insurance, and general office maintenance.
Prepare reports, memos, and general correspondences.
Support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Coordinate company events and meetings.
Purchasing:
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, supplies, and services.
Request quotations, prepare purchase orders, and track delivery timelines.
Maintain purchasing records and supplier database.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments on material needs and stock levels.
Any ac-hoc job from Director.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR, administration, and/or purchasing.
Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
Mandarin is an added advantage (for liaising with Mandarin-speaking suppliers or staff).
