Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our team in a commercial finance or business analyst capacity. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring accurate reporting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the operations team on a biweekly basis to review store-level P&L performance, assess promotion effectiveness, and identify cost-saving opportunities, particularly for new store openings and mono-brand concepts.

2. Monitor actual performance against budgets and rolling forecasts, with a strong focus on avoiding overspending.

3. Review and reconcile actual and accrued marketing expenses against approved budgets and marketing authorization forms (IOM), both at the store and company level.

4. Conduct comparative analysis across different store concepts and brands to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement areas.

5. Perform detailed income matrix analysis to support business decisions and commercial strategies.

Qualification:

• Degree in any relevant discipline but having financial modelling and analysis experience will be a plus.

• High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

• Critical thinking and have strong analytical skills

• Meticulous and has a keen eye for details

• Highly self-driven, resourceful and organized

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple related companies across South East Asia
