Sunway Sanctuary is a Senior and Independent living complex, located right next to Sunway Medical Centre in Bandar Sunway. Anchoring on the retirees' fundamental needs, Sunway Sanctuary takes care of the different facets of senior living through the three dimensions of wellness nestled in a luxurious environment.
Job Purpose
The Executive, Sales & Marketing will be responsible for managing the primary business mobile contact, growing the Assisted Living Unit (ALU), Independent Living Unit (ILU) and Post-Hospital Discharge market segments, and driving both short-stay and long-stay occupancy. This role also involves supporting the sales and marketing team in executing strategies aimed at increasing room revenue in alignment with the proposed goals.
Job Scope :-
1. ALU and ILU Market Development:
Develop and implement strategies to grow occupancy in the ALU and ILU segments for both short and long stays.
Actively engage in outreach to potential clients and referral sources to promote Sunway Sanctuary's senior living offerings.
Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and maximize occupancy rates.
2. Business Mobile Contact Management:
Serve as the primary contact for the main business mobile line, handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Ensure prompt and professional responses to all incoming calls, addressing client needs and following up on leads.
Maintain detailed records of communications to ensure seamless coordination within the sales team.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies that contribute to the growth of room revenue, in line with the proposed targets for 2025.
Collaborate with the Director and sales team to identify new market opportunities and innovative approaches to increasing occupancy.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
4. Team Support and Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive sales.
Provide support in organizing and attending sales events, including open houses, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
5. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners, ensuring a positive experience throughout their engagement with Sunway Sanctuary.
Regularly check in with current and past clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for long-term stays or future referrals.
6. Resident Feedback and Reporting:
Regularly gather and analyze feedback from residents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Compile and present feedback reports to the Director and relevant teams, proposing actionable recommendations to enhance services and experiences at Sunway Sanctuary.
7. Resident Agreement Management:
Ensure that all resident agreements are regularly updated and clearly communicate the financial obligations, house rules, and terms of stay.
Work closely with the legal and administrative teams to ensure that residents fully understand their agreements and are in compliance with Sunway Sanctuary's policies.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in business or related.
Minimum 1-2 years' working experience, especially in driving sales, marketing & business.
Good communications, problem solving and negotiation skills.
A dynamic team player with strong analytical ability
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary for events.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
