Job Overview

TE Connectivitys Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities. Job Description

Summary : This position is responsible for, but not limited to, performing preventative maintenance and repair on electrical systems, machines and general facilities maintenance. Responsibilities

:

• Able to carry out basic Electrical, Air Conditioner Systems and Building repair.
• Daily inspection on facilities equipment
• Perform housekeeping of all facilities to maintain cleanliness and general appearance to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Starting up, shutting down and monitoring facility equipment.
• Adhering to safe working practices.
• Complete and maintain proper records.
• Ensuring the operation of all equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, repairs and maintaining appropriate equipment inventories.

Requirements :

• Knowledge in basic electrical and air conditioner system
• Must have experience as facilities in manufacturing industry
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
• Must be self-directed and able to perform duties with little or no supervision Education:
• Certificate or Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience required.
• Some working experience facilities maintenance.
