Material Planning Analyst

based in

Prai, Penang . What a typical day looks like:

Assist in auditing data for accuracy and preparing reports, spreadsheets, graphics, and charts. Support in preparing recommendations for management based on data analysis. Collect, compile, and present various data types. Prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts from multiple sources, including customer bills of material, staff metrics, and PPV metrics. Create and maintain databases for data collection. Audit data and resolve data integrity issues. Identify and escalate potential issues related to metrics. Suggest process or communication improvements related to metric tracking. Track materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when needed. Review RMA transactions daily. Create weekly purchase orders for client parts. Receive and enter client data. Update content lists and item master data. Prepare DPT packing lists for LCAD repairs. Manage supply windows for client material (consolidated parts) and bulk RMA services. Perform inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling as needed. Develop commodity spend profiles and guide time profiling, inventory positioning, and pricing. Establish common pricing research tools. Research detailed bill of materials by site. Report on supplier scorecards and validate site pricing through a standardized cost review process. Assist in NPI supply chain transfer and risk management. Manage PPV tracking and asset velocity. Manage data research tools. Required experience:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials or a related area. Experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred. Benefits:
