About the role

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at B&M BUSINESS OUTSOURCING in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position will see you playing a crucial role in the delivery of our civil engineering projects, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

What youll be doing

  1. Designing and developing civil engineering plans and drawings

  2. Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction progress

  3. Analysing survey data and producing detailed reports

  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met

  5. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

  6. Providing technical guidance and support to the wider team

What were looking for

  1. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

  2. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar civil engineering role

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  4. Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  7. Familiarity with local regulations and building codes
