About the role

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Business Development professional to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a key member of our Group, you will take change to identifying and securing all businesses opportunities that align with our strategic objectives. This is full-time position offers the chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing organisation.

What were looking for

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experiences in a business development and/or others relevant education, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders

• Demonstrate good track record of success in identifying, creating business opportunities

• Strong problem-solving skillls and have strong analytical skills,to think creatively

• Proficient in have cust-relation management system and effective ability to manage the sales pipeline and reporting

• Have in-depth understanding of industry trends (up-to-date) and have continuously improving mindset.

What youll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue all businesses prospects that been assigned to you.

• Develop and execute effective businesses (eg. conversion prospect to leads to success deals).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with all prospect clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Collaborate cross-functional team like marketing, operations, and others to ensure best-fit of customer experiences.

• Continuously enhance about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform your sales approach.

• Ability to forecast sales pipeline and revenue, and provide detailed progress reports to management

• Contribute to the development and formulate best benchmark model of the companys overall business development objectives.
