About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Strategic Partnership to join our dynamic team at Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic planning and partnership development initiatives. Based in Bandar Sunway, Selangor, you will be an integral part of our Consulting & Strategy department, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
What you'll be doing
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic partnerships that align with the company's objectives
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities
Support the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements
Coordinate and participate in meetings with potential and existing partners
Maintain detailed records and documentation of partnership activities
Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of partnership performance
Provide administrative support to the strategic partnerships team as needed
What we're looking for
Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a strategic partnership or business development role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with the Consulting & Strategy industry and trends
