Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping
Manage and organize company documents, correspondence, and office supplies
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and simple accounting documentation
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Support other departments in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
