Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping

  • Manage and organize company documents, correspondence, and office supplies

  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and simple accounting documentation

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications

  • Support other departments in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)

  • Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
