Responsibilities- To provide feedback to the AI/ML solutions on the accuracy of the analysis.
- Ensure that the data use for the AI models is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
- Maintain thorough documentation of analysis, findings, methodologies for audit purposes.
- Ensure that the AI-driven processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Review and close CDD alerts within the agreed timeline
- Review and perform quality check on CDD Customer Risk Review alerts completed by Investigators.
- Review EDD Forms and justification provided by Investigators.
- Ensure that the EDD form is fully completed and information recorded accurately.
- Ensure the EDD & PEP approval is obtained from the relevant parties.
- Review closing comments provided by Investigators.
- To raise SAR for suspicious activities identified and email to GC.
- Continuously provide process improvement ideas to the team.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Investigators.
- Any other tasks assign by Team Lead.
